Mandate / Opportunity / Problem Scope
Revenue.io helps revenue teams operate smarter through AI-assisted workflows. My charter was to deliver a new wave of LLM-powered capabilities that extended beyond coaching into automated guidance, insights, and assistance embedded in day-to-day work.
What I Led / Delivered / Highlights
- Shipped a 0–1 portfolio of six+ generative AI features including the Ask Revenue chatbot, Conversation Highlights, Generative AI Scorecards, dynamic User Profiles, Recipes, and the Moments™ dashboard.
- Designed the platform architecture and experience patterns that would later support AI agents such as call scorers, deal summarizers, and ask-anything assistants.
- Launched a company-wide velocity initiative that required every feature to clear internal beta within two weeks, cutting feature flags by half and doubling learning cadence.
Impact / Lasting Value / Takeaway
The AI feature suite drove a 5× engagement lift at launch and established the foundation for future autonomous assistants inside the product. Operationally, the velocity program tightened execution loops and accelerated how fast Revenue.io could experiment, learn, and ship customer value.
