Mandate / Opportunity / Problem Scope

Personal AI puts control of bespoke personal language models in the hands of everyday users. My focus was translating the company’s NLP innovations into approachable experiences that let people train, trust, and deploy their own model without writing code.

What I Led / Delivered / Highlights

Conducted technical diligence on new AI capabilities to ensure the platform could responsibly ingest and recall user data.
Led feature discovery for high-value integrations such as WhatsApp, extending PLM interactions into the messaging channels people rely on daily.
Designed the mobile onboarding journey that taught users how to speak with and train their model from the first session.
Managed the initial App Store publishing process for the iOS app, aligning compliance, assets, and launch communications.
