Thomson Reuters engaged us to evaluate the Onvio client portal experience and surface design recommendations that would make document sharing and collaboration seamless for firms and their clients.
What I Led / Delivered / Highlights
- Mapped portal interactions end-to-end and compared competing solutions to highlight differentiators.
- Conducted interviews, surveys, and usability tests with practitioners to capture qualitative and quantitative feedback.
- Developed personas, scenarios, and heuristic evaluations to pinpoint friction in onboarding, navigation, and document workflows.
- Packaged findings into actionable design recommendations and shared them with product leadership.
