- Directed roadmap execution across multiple product verticals, launching collaboration and workflow enhancements such as in-app deal chat, file editing, notes, and repeating task automation.
- Shipped data productivity tooling including bulk CSV/XLS importers, intelligent search, scheduled email reporting, customizable PDF exports, and notification replies from email.
- Coordinated go-to-market readiness by working cross-functionally to align design, engineering, success, marketing, and sales on release sequencing and enablement.
- Maintained a steady discovery cadence with key customers to validate roadmap assumptions, define success metrics, and feed qualitative insights back into planning.
